Ricky's shop has always done super work for me. I have never felt as though I've been jacked around. When I have had a need for repairs, I've never found out later that the guys at the shop led me down the primrose path. I've just had a complete transmission failure. The shop called with the estimate of repair costs, and of course, I was shocked. I was expecting a pretty high price tag, since it was a transmission rebuild, after all... But I didn't expect to have to remortgage my house!!! But I asked around a bit, and found that Ricky's price was not out of line. And if I have to have the work done anyway, I can't imagine putting my trust in anyone other than Ricky Diehl! Cheap at TWICE the price! Well-- ok... for a transmission build, not cheap at any price... but you get the idea!

these guys are great. Ricky is always honest and upfront about the work needed on my van and what the cost to repair it will be. I have been taking my van there for almost 8 years, and now that my sons are driving I send them there as well.

Diehl is probably the best auto shop I've ever encountered. There are already two great reviews of their shop but I felt compelled to add my two cents anyway. They've always performed to my highest expectations, and the one time they did screw up (on a problem that three other shops couldn't solve) they took it back in and worked it out. Their prices are steep for a local shop but well worth it in my opinion. I actually brought cars to Diehl even while living out of state (in Atlanta).

They have done repair work on both my Toyota and my Honda for several years, probably 15 times total. The results are always excellent and at a fair price. They also have been excellent with free advice when I do my own repairs. This is the best auto repair shop I have ever used in 40 years of driving. Try them and you won't be disappointed.

Doesn't experiment, or change parts to find solution. Always stated the problem, fixed the problem and charged a reasonable fee. Would never let anyone else work on my Toyota's,(5)

My dad went to Deihl forever for our Hondas and Toyotas. And, I've gone there quite a bit. I would say they are very honest, but I am not always pleased with the work. Maybe its the car I have is cursed, but I've had an air conditioning problem for a very long time that always seems to resurface (for about ~10 yrs). Engine and radiator work I recommend. For simple problems, they are a little overpriced. Truthfully, I feel they are overpriced in general, but better than the Dealership.

These fine folks serviced my wife's and daughter's Hondas and not only did a fine job of keeping them serviced but we never had to go back for a botched repair. They took the time to explain everthing which my wife appreciated but my daughter could have cared less. They are an excellent alternative to the Honda Dealership here in town in both price as well as serive.

Great shop -- I have used them several times on my pathfinder. They told me about a factory warranty that had been extended on my car that I should take it to the dealer. They earned my business with their honesty and kept it with the quality of work.
