This garage specializes in Volvo, BMW, and most other European cars. The garage is up to date in the latest technology and can get those very hard to get parts for the older models. Warning - If you are a smart ass, you will be treated as a smart ass. The owner is a very down to earth man that known more than what looks would infer. It doesn't matter if you are male or female, he tells it as it is and has your best interest in mind. He goes the extra mile!

The owner could have been an engineer/scientist or beach-
bum. He is a renaissance man with a beard like
Sasquatsch. He'll stop what he's doing and talk to you
about a host of subjects, which is why sometimes, his
repairs take a little longer than he estimates. His
stories will make you laugh, so that you won't mind. He
likes Cuban cigars, but will smoke any that you give him.
He really does do great repair jobs and you will like him
immediately.

Honest, reliable, reasonably priced and friendly. A rare
combination.

This is a nine year old Volvo we bought for my son to take
off to college. That must have been some pothole! No body
damage, but tore up suspension / steering / powertrain.
Dealer would have replaced every part, down to those with
only scuffs or scratches. I don't need a factory fresh
car, I need a reliable car that will keep on keeping on.
David understood my finances are tight and repaired /
replaced only enough to make it mechanically right.

They worked on my 2001 V70 several times (timing belt,
alternator, AC work) and were always fair with me.
I highly recommend.

David was my mechanic for many years. I would not hesitate
to recommend him. He kept my 240 and my wife's 760 safe and
running. If you have a Volvo or BMW Ashley's Garage is the
place to take it for work.

This garage works on my 2006 Mini Cooper. They have all the Manuals, and a link to the Nashville, TN MINI Cooper Service Department when working on my car. Their pricing is MUCH more reasonable that going to the dealer. All the guys are eager to educate you on the needs and service of your car. I HIGHLY recommend.

One of very few mechanics I've worked with who doesn't talk down to me since I'm a woman. They also tend to try to rip me off on hours charged, which annoys me if I've done the same work in the driveway in less time. Not here though. I like to know and discuss in detail -- and they are happy to oblige. The quote I got was prompt, detailed, and reasonable -- same or less than other shops I compared them to. In the end it turned out the problem was an embarrassing mistake made while fixing it ourselves. They joked a bit but didn't even charge us. They know we will be back!
