When I described my problem to the guys at the shop, they expressed sympathy but agreed the work needed to be done. So they quoted me a price well below other places and I dropped the car off the next day. I expected them to keep it at least a day or so seeing how busy the shop was, so I arranged other transportation. Believe it or not, they called back that afternoon to tell me I could pick up my car! So they're quick too. I rated the neighborhood as a kinda sorta safe area, but I'm new to town so maybe it just looks that way. I felt safe if that means anything. I'll definitely take my Chrysler back to Mark any time I need work done.

I thought my car needed brakes. So I dropped it off at
Mark's and told them it needed new rear brakes. I call back
the next day and they say, "There's nothing wrong with your
car."
Can you believe that? I go to them basically begging them
to charge me money and they send me home with no charge.
That's why I trust these guys to tell the truth and do an
honest job. I won't take me Cruiser anywhere else for
mechanic work.
Thanks Mark's!

I found out about Mark's through the recommendation of a
friend. One of the reasons I keep my 96 Dodge Grand
Caravan is because I have a mechanic I can trust to make
repairs and get them right the first time at a reasonable
cost. Mark's has worked on my Brakes, A/C, Transmission,
Power Steering, and even a broken door lock. He fixes the
problem and does not call back with a stack of other
problems (like dealer shops do). I have 170,000 miles on
this van and because of Mark's, it still runs good as new,
with the same feel of power and good gas mileage (24 Hwy
with a 3.8 liter V6 - go stick that in your SUV!). As
much as I would like to get a new van or cool SUV, I
expect to be able to keep it indefinitely with Mark's
help. Regarding their hours, Mark's opens at 8 and closes
at 5.

They worked on my 1991 Dodge Caravan several times for me
and helped me be able to drive it for 185,000 miles. I
strongly recommend them especially for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep
products.
