This is one of the friendliest and most competent shops I have ever used. Norman's wife Grace does the billing, an arrangement that works out really well and makes women (such as my wife) feel really comfortable with the shop. The shop is in a low-rent district and so-so security wise, but they will give you a ride if you need it.

I have used this shop for 15 years. Norman is very honest and wants you to understand the problem and the solution. They are probably not the least expensive shop, but the service you get justifies some extra expense. They are very helpful with getting you back and forth to work or even driving a car to your house if need be.

I have used Norman's (and his wife, Grace's) shop since 1997, first, to take care of my 1987 Buick Park Avenue, and, now, my 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe. I can't imagine there is a better, more honest mechanic around. I highly recommend Norman.

I have been using this shop, owned by Norman Rutland, for 18 years. He is the best.
