I would not trust the repair of my BMW to just anyone! The nearest BMW dealer is 60 miles away and my '93 525i is out of warranty. I want and need excellent "local" service. Gus and his partner, Frank Jackson, offer exceptionally competent auto repair with reasonable and fair prices. Their shop is clean (!); they will pick up my car at my place of business; and return it when promised. They work hard, have a good sense of humor, explain their work [and provide accurate estimates beforehand], and have a good command of the English language. And, I guess, most of all I TRUST their judgement and their professional competence!

Frank Jackson is grew up in Opelika and loves cars. He runs a clean shop and has a clean shop. I own a BMW and the car is expensive to fix. But Frank always explains why something needs work. He has even followed up with calls the next day to make sure things are running right. Highly recommended.

I realize it may not be a good sign when you know your
shop owner and all the mechanics by their first names.
However, in this case it is my good luck to be able to
trust these guys with my BMW. They are competent, they
fix things right, they provide transport to/from my place
of work (10 miles each way), they don't go running awy
when I drive up, and it is apparent they actually enjoy
their work and have a very close friendship and mutual
respect in the shop and out. They live to work on cars
and take exceptional pride in their work. They appreciate
owners who take care of their vehicles (helps avoid
breakdowns!) and plan to extend the useful life of their
expensive investments. Cheap? Nope! But, fair!
