Love these guys! We've bought two cars from them, and they have fixed our
Subarus, Toyotas and Nissans for years. They are experts in Subarus and have
been able to fix issues that the dealer can not sort out. They have tons of Subaru
parts, so you can keep your Subaru running forever. They are helpful and
honest, never do extra work without checking with you, help prioritize
expensive work and on the rare occasion when an error has been made, they take
care of it immediately.

Norms is great! I started taking my Subaru there almost four years ago & will
not go anyplace else, even though they are a 45 minute drive from home.
They replaced a head gasket & kept my 1998 Forester running until 218k.
They are friendly, fair & straightforward. As a woman, I am comfortable
knowing I can take my car there on my own & not be taken for a ride. They
do not do unnecessary repairs, though they always make sure to keep safety
first. Subarus are definitely their speciality & with a large supply of used
Subaru parts, repairs are always quite reasonable. When my poor old
Forester finally died, there was no question that I would be buying another
one, from Norms!
