Vinny is great- very honest shop. If they don't do it right the first time they fix it the second time. Very reasonable prices. You leave feeling like you didn't get scammed. Highly recommend.

Cottage Road is a great shop for all kinds of repairs. They are honest, courteous and take time to explain anything to you in terms that are understandable and without making you feel like a complete idiot. Even though they may be scheduling two to three weeks ahead, they will do whatever they can to get you on the road if you have an immediate need.

Best place I've ever been to - reliable, friendly and willing to stand by their work. I'll never go anywhere else.

First, I rarely write reviews but Vinny, and his techs, are well-worth it! I have had numerous mechanics over the past 25 years I have been a car owner and only once before (George and Scotty at Crawford Service in Pittsfield, MA) have I known a mechanic as honest and reliable as Vinny. He just has a solid, well-run business. Vinny understands (as I wish more would) that a living can be made using integrity as an investment--a good customer will return time and again (and refer his friends!) and that's the way to run a business. He's already needed to expand his shop in the 3 or so years he's been open--at this rate he'll have to expand again before 2015. Good luck Vinny--all the best!
