Chris specializes in keeping old Volvos and Saabs running, at a very reasonable cost. So if you think you need a new car but can't really afford it, or you just like the cozy feeling of all that junk in the back seat, Chris is the man to see. He often will find used part in good condition to save you $$. Chris will never sell you a part you don't need.

Chris Jett is a very personable individual. He is fair in maintenance charges and frequently reccommends against unnecasary repairs. My mother, sister and brother all use his sevices from time to time on their volvo's and volkswagons with the highest marks on his behalf. His favorite vehicle seems to be the Saab.

Chris is a very nice person who has kept many a Volvo safe
and on the road with good solid repair and advice. I trust
his advice and knowledge 100%. I have had three aged
volvo's over the last 20 years, he has saved me much $.

I've been to Swedish Performance twice now, and I've been very satisfied both
times. To me, Chris Jett is the prototypical Volvo repair guy: he's extremely
competent, he enjoys the work, he takes the time to explain what he's up to
to a non-car guy like me, etc. Both times, his estimate has actually been over
the final total, which was a welcome surprise! Note that he recently (two
weeks ago) moved to a new location on Robinson Street in South Portland.
It's a much bigger, nicer garage, but in a less convenient location. All in all,
highly recommended!
