I have been taking my and my family's (European) cars to owner Randy Allen for about 20 years now, and am very pleased with his service. He's reliable, with a few hiccups here & there, but his reasonable rates make it all worth it. He works on older cars, usually the ones that come off warranty. If I have a serious problem, he will make it a priority to fix the car, and I can often drop by for a quick repair. If a routine service calls for changing the spark plugs, he won't change them (and charge me)if they don't need changing. He really tries to save me money, and almost sounds sorry if the repairs exceed $500. I live locally, and there have been times where he has given me a lift home or back to his shop when I couldn't get a ride from anyone else. I can call him for advice on buying used cars. He's quirky, independent, opinionated, and when picking up my vehicle, we often get near to solving the world's problems before I drive out of his driveway an hour after arriving! But I can't imagine going to anyone else.
