Mike is the most reliable, honest, and hardworking mechanic
I have ever known. As a single woman in a new community,
it's always a challenge to find a mechanic that will treat
me honestly and fairly. Mike not only treats me with
respect, he is careful to explain what needs explaining
(without being condescending!) and listens carefully to what
I tell him about my vehicle. I worry sometimes that he's not
charging me enough; I can't imagine how he can be making
money. The other thing I really appreciate is that when he
really doesn't know the answer, he'll encourage me to go to
a Ford dealer and is willing to talk to them directly about
what he has already done on the car.
My car went for a very rough ride on a back road yesterday,
and I was sure it was done for. Today, it's humming happily
in my garage, because of Mike's good work!
