Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Good communication and explanation of what's going on. Their recommendations have been reliable.

I had a car whose cooling system lost fluid. They asked where I normally had work done, which was 25 +/- miles away. They helped add fluid to get me on the road so I could use my normal mechanic. They would have been happy to do the work themselves, but understood how much easier it would be for me to have it done near my office. They made sure the car could make the trip, gave me extra fluid just in case, and only charged me for the gallon of antifreeze ($12). Very reasonable, very thoughtful, and helpful.

These men are wonderful. They provide great "car therapy" and have gotten us through 17 years of Saabs and 8 years of Camrys. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great bunch of guys. Always make time to explain issues to me. Most mechanics talk down to women but they give me answers to my questions in a way I understand.

Good guys that do excellent work. They sometimes seem a little more expensive than competition for a given job, but they don't suggest unnecessary work and understand what your goal is (whether it is to keep a junker running for as long as possible, or babying a new car).
