Went there for an inspection cause it was close to home.
Told them I would need three tires for my F150, they said
that was up to me, but I really only needed 2. I'm enough
of a back yard mechanic to guess the same answer as the
Tappet Bros. at least 50% of the time and I think these guys
know what they are doing. We took my wife's escort in when
the defroster blower motor failed and they said it was just
the resistor not the blower. $80 bucks was a lot less than
we were expecting to pay. I had them replace inner and
outer bearings on my Festiva and asked them to do an
alignment. They did the bearings but not the alignment
because the tires were out of round. Told me where I could
find 4 - 12" tires and that the other place had them on
hand. Fellow said the price would have been ridiculous if
they bought them for me. Also told me what car had 13" rims
that would probably fit the Festiva in case I was tired of
trying to find 12" tires. The tire store part of their name
is misleading. They have good fast mechanics back there.
