This guy is a total expert on VWs and Audis. I have been ripped off by other mechanics in the past, but Mark always fixes my problem and it always costs less than I expect.

I have had 3 VWs - my first one many years ago when I was in High School and my last 2 cars were VWs. I do not think I would take my VW to anyone else.

THese guys are true VW gearheads, like old time family doctors. They actually listen to what you tell them about your car and use that to figure out what's wrong and how to best diagnose and make a repair. The VW dealer was pronouncing my VW 2001 Cabrio economically dead ($6,000 + in recommended repairs, including a rebuilt transmission). Mark I did the trick for $1,000 by determining and then carrying out repairs for a controls, not a mechanical, problem. This car drove beautifully after their work. Be patient, this ain't your usual shop where slick no nothings talk to you and other folks work on your car. Go here only if you expect the job to be done right the first time!
