They finished early (two days!) and were willing to work with me on picking up/dropping off (even holding on to my car for most of an extra business day) so that it would be most practical/convenient for me. Their estimate/final cost came in under the estimate I received from another company. They were friendly and helpful and courteous. They were also really good about working with the insurance company when necessary.
