I received great service from Motorworks. The service personnel were extremely respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. My repairs were done promptly and they graciously provided me with a loaner car. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Motorworks for my Honda for 4 years. I am truly impressed with the overall level of service, along with the shop's focus on prevention and the care they take to familiarize customer's with their "philosphy."

Been going to MotorWorks since I first found them on CarTalk website 5 years ago. They had best price for timing belt & water pump replacement I needed. I've been to other Honda repair shops & dealers, but these guys are the best. They don't recommend anything unnecessary, but they will urge you to keep your car in safe condition. Loaner cars & rides to/from Metro are standard. Even if you run into problems when they're closed (Fri - Sun) you can call, they're paged, and they'll call you back with instructions & advice. Very handy when my master cylinder sprung a leak one night. Their staff are long-timers you get to know on a first name basis. The mechanics & office staff actually like working there and it shows. This shop also got AAA certification. Strongly recommend it.

I went to checkout these guys after being fed up with the dealer's constant overselling of unnecessary servicesafter my wife found the good reviews on Motor Works guys fixed the problem i had with my A/C, and showed me that the struts my dealer recommended replacing were in "perfect shape". They have free loaners as well as pick up and drop off in the local area - very friendly and professional. They treat you like they truly appreciate your business.

I have been going to Motor Works for years and consider the staff there to not only be excellent mechanics, but genuinely good people I look forward to seeing. It is the sort of shop that builds long term relationships with their customers and will keep your car and you happy. I was first impressed with how at ease their customers are- the crew there knows them, talks with them, discussed everything, and genuinely enjoys working with them. Their service is timely, efficient, thorough, and performed in a cheerful and personable manner. When I recently had a strange problem with my car, not only did they take care of me and fix it up, but they added procedures to their regular maintenance for their other customers in case anything similar might happen to anyone else. I have been consistently impressed and am glad to recommend them without hesitation.

Not only have I gone to Motor Works for at least 7 years, but when I sold my good Honda Pilot to my daughter and son- in-law to haul around my grandson and the baby stuff, it was on the condition that Motor Works continue to care for the car. I take my new CR-V there, as well, and cannot say enough about how wonderful this shop is. I won't ever buy a car unless it is a brand that they service. Simply the best car care I've experienced in my life.

I will never take my 1998 Honda Accord anywhere else. Their prices may be a tad higher than others, but it is worth every penny for the peace of mind that the car has been looked after properly, honestly, and with the best interest of the owner in mind. My most recent maintenance was a check engine light for what appears to have been a loose gas cap. There was nothing to do, but offer me a replacement fan selector switch for my trouble for $25. I love these guys.

Greg Skolnik and the team at Motor Works Inc. have taken care of my Honda Pilot (2004) and now my CR-V (2010). My daughter now drives the Pilot, and I have been utterly delighted with the professionalism, customer focus, extra effort, and overall excellence of this business. Even though I work in an area that is inconvenient to the shop now, I still drive the extra distance. This business now is the standard by which I measure all other service providers ... a true one of a kind team!

Motorworks feels like a part of my (automotive) family, I can trust them, their superior technicians and their integrity completely. I don't worry about my car anymore because I know I can trust them to do that for me. Top Flight work, reasonable prices, high quality service - What more could you want? Well, you could want Dave & Tom & Gregg. They take care of me as if I were part of their family and they stand behind their work. What else? Oh, yeah. Honda dealerships send the repairs they cannot handle to Motorworks. Why not skip the middleman?
