Very competent, honest and fair.

The TADS shop is currently located at the corner of Fisher
Ave in back of the Chevron gas station, in "downtown"
Poolesville (yeah, right). The shop is not affiliated with
the gas station / convenience store operation. The owner of
the shop is in the process of building, and will be moving
to, a new shop farther east on Fisher Ave., next to
McDonald's. The shop has handled numerous small repairs for
me over the years, and has always been honest, competent,
and courteous. The owner does seem to make up prices on-the-
fly, so the same repair may be quoted differently at
different times. Sometimes the final price has been less
than the quote (I am very quiet when this happens). The
owner and other folks at this small shop are very friendly
and laid back, in keeping with the small-town atmosphere.
And only 30 miles from the big city.
