Phil took care of my VW's for many years and kept them running just as if they were his own. His advice is first rate and friendly, he refuses to fix it if it ain't broken. I never, ever felt cheated or overcharged. In fact my only complaint is that he'll tell you there's a few hundred miles left before a repair is necessary when you want to replace something proactively. These guys are first rate and as good a reason I know of to buy a VW.

Great price, great feedback. I had a little
misunderstanding about whether they had weekend hours, but
that was as much my fault for not asking the question as
it was their for not telling me. The work was relatively
simple, but I was very happy with the price, and didn't
have to wait on parts. I wish they tried to persuade me
harder to get more work done since I certainly could have
spent more. The repacked bearings for a reduced price when
they could have recommended a total replacment.
Plus, the script on the invoice is immaculate, like a
draftsman.

I've been taking my cars here for service for over 25 years,
through 3 different owners, and, amazingly, every owner has
been completely trustworthy, first Rick, then Phil, and now
Jerry. Jerry and Lou are honest, and expert at what they
do. I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars, but they've
never taken advantage of that -- they will tell you if your
car doesn't need a service, or if the service can wait a
little longer. When they do fix my car, it stays fixed.
They charge a fair price. At their current location, they're
a little out of my way, but I would follow them even further
if necessary because they're just so darned honest, expert,
and likable. (I don't know if they respond well when they
screw up, because they've never screwed up service on my cars.)
