We've used Guy Motors for at least 5 years for (so far) 6 different vehicles, including 2 diesels. They have one rather sad loaner, so you need to reserve it if you'll need it. Whether we have routine service or repairs done, they have been most honest dealing with us, and on one occasion when I asked about doing something that was not wise, they explained very clearly why I was wrong. My husband is much more conversant about cars than I am, but when I do have questions, they answer them as if I am capable of understanding, which I am. Paul and Ronnie are both congenial and generally just good guys. On several occasions before long trips, we've dropped off our vehicles to be looked over for possible issues. We know if they tell us something needs to be done, it does need to be done. I've never felt like they were doing unnecessary work. I almost hesitate to give this recommendation because I don't want to have to wait when I need work done, if they get too busy. But after trying several other places in the area, we won't go anywhere else with our cars.
