I am a single female and have been dealing with this company for more than 12 years and have never been dissatisfied. Though they don't have loaners, they will drive you to your destination and pick you up once the work is completed if needed. They have, over the years, had employee changes but I have always continued to be satisfied. I now drive a Toyota Matrix and they take care of that too. I had originally gone to the dealer right after I bought the Matrix but that lasted about 3 month before I felt I was being ripped off. I had the Saturn for 12 year. Oh, and I am a senior citizen now so it's not my youth, looks or shapely figure that get me good service!

Extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable and undeniably honest. Convenient location. Highly dependable. Will solve auto problems with the best solution without overcharging. An asset to the industry.

I have gone to Linhards for about 8 years with several different cars. My first experience was with a Pontiac that kept running roughly. The dealer said I needed a tune up but that did no good. Linhards determined I had a loose wire in the wire bundle. They methodically checked eah wire until they found the culprit and they only charged slightly lore than the dealer "diagnostic" fee. They are also very good about identify short and long term repair needs.

I gave Linhard's a list of things for them to repair on my car. At the end of the day, they called me up to agree that, yes, these things needed fixing! Also, they charge me $43 for an oil change. Not what I would call value for money.
