They do my maintenance and repairs. Prices are competitive but the service is exceptional. When a replaced seal still leaked, they redid it (successfully) at no cost. I use synthetic oil and twice they forgot and used ordinary oil. When I drew this to their attention, they replaced the oil at no charge. They have a clean and comfortable place for customers to wait with beverages, donuts, and wifi. When I've called with something that worried me, they worked me in quickly and scheduled a repair quickly. They have provided loaner cars or shuttle service, depending on which worked best for me. They are polite and treat me--a woman-- with respect, not talking down to me. I have learned to trust them as when I've suggested something needed to be done and it really did not, they told me that it did not need to be done. The same thing was true when I bought my car from them. I was looking at a larger model. When speaking with the salesman about how I would use the car, he suggested a smaller but similar model. He was right! I love my car, which is exactly right for me and it is a great comfort to have an honest dealership that keeps good records, does good, reliable work, and treats customers extremely well.

I bought my new Outback from them in 2008. I've never had any repairs done yet. But they are quick and have competitive prices on oil changes and general servicing.
