Ralph is the owner/manager/front desk guy at RJR Automotive. John and Rob do most of the work. This small shop performs most (if not all) of the warranty work for the used car dealerships on Ritchie Highway and Rt 648 in Glen Burnie. Ralph and John have 30 years experience (each) fixing cars, trucks, and motorcycles, and Rob has approximately 10 years of tutelage under the watchful eyes of John and Ralph. They do everything from oil changes to Maryland State Inspection to complete engine rebuilds. They will also refuse to work on your vehicle if the cost of repairs exceeds the value of the vehicle, or if it would be unrepairable. They are straight shooters, and tell it like it is. My mother-in-law takes her vehicle there, and they have saved her hundreds (perhaps thousands) of dollars over what the dealer would charge to perform the same services. Bottom line is that this shop is a shop that does what they say they'll do for a very reasonable cost. I've stopped taking my cars elsewhere, and will pay extra to tow them to RJR when necessary - because I know that the job will be done correctly. Stop in and see Ralph. You'll be glad you did.
