Exclusively BMW.... Over 25 years BMW technician.... Former technician and Service Manager for BMW dealership before starting as an independent.... Part of a network of independent BMW technicians.... and willing to telephone others in network to discuss solutions to uncommon problems.... .... Negative side.... Dan Martin is very possessive of the BMWs he maintains on a regular basis... and will speak "strongly" to a customer who does not take proper car with their BMW...... . Does a lot of very, very minor work without charge.... Hourly rate below dealerships

I travel a bit of a distance to take my two BMWs to Dan Martin but he is worth it. I've tried other independent BMW service centers and none approach Dan's level of competence and concern. He's a real auto enthusiast who actively tracks his BMW.

Former BMW mechanic from VOB BMW. BMW certified, but works on other makes!

I agree with other reviewers that Martin's is a great place to take your BMW. I was having a problem with the LEDs on the dash, and they suggested (even though the car was out of warranty) that I take the car to the Dealership as they had heard that BMW was repairing that issue free of charge. I took the car to VOB BMW and they reluctantly agreed that BMW was fixing this defect. They tried to charge for labor but I refused; they relented.
