The folks at Eakles are very honest and won't try to talk you into work that doesn't need doing. They will tell you if something is a safety issue or if it can wait awhile. Their prices have been very reasonable for my 18 year old Honda and 8 year old Subaru.

Nice guys -- the final actually ended up being LOWER than the original quote! They showed me the problem and took care of it quickly. I would definitely go back.

These guys are really great! They are always honest with me and their bill is always less than I expect. They have actually talked me out of service that I thought I needed but didn't! I've rated them a 5 on everything except for being near public transportation, but I don't care - I'd drive my vehicle across town to use their services.

Eakles fixed my car for $34 when another shop (Laurel, MD) said the repair would cost over $300. The "repair" was adjusting backing plates on front brakes which the other shop had just installed and who now said the problem was the rear brakes. Eakles, you rock!

These guys are awesome. Over the past 20 years, we've been taking all family automobiles (Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Nissan, and Scion) here for mechanical work. They treat everyone in the family with respect and professionalism. One impressive example that comes to mind is that a Nissan dealer told me my Wife's Altima needed over $800 additional "service" when I took it in to address a recall item. I declined their offer because everything seemed to be working fine on the car, and it had only 30K miles on it. I did have Eakles check it out (just in case). They did a multi-point inspection and could not find anything that must be done on the car. I have many other examples, but this space is limited. By the way, I'm kind-of reluctant to leave this survey because it will probably make it harder for me get an appointment. I will leave submit this survey, because they deserve the additional business.
