I originally went to Murphy's because they did body work and were close to my house. My 1997 Escort wagon had been hit by an enormous truck. They took care of getting Enterprise to come get me, they did the work fast and answered all my questions, and washed and cleaned the whole car, top to bottom, inside and out. My crushed in car looked AMAZING. I sent a friend there who needed work done that day, and though they were understaffed (snowy day) and couldn't do it, he said they were friendly, said to come back the next morning and offered a ride to work. I took my 1993 Bronco there to be inspected and it failed miserably - not unexpected. But they did a TON of work on it for the extremely reasonable $550, and told me they thought the manifold was going to be too difficult for them on their schedule, and to take it to a dealer or another shop and be prepared for some serious cost. I'm taking it to Linder Automotive, another great shop, but Murphy's is great. Work is fast, estimates are pretty right on, and while they close at 5pm, they stayed a few minutes late for me to get my car.

Tim Murphy took care of my car and used existing parts when he could, as I did not have insurance for the body work. Work was done right, on time, and he is available to answer all questions. Kinda reminds me of Tom and Ray, straight talk, no BS. Strongly recommend.
