This is one of the most honest places I've ever done business with. If you ask them to do something to your car, and it doesn't need it, they tell you "it didn't need it-so we didn't do it." They always call with a thorough explanation of the problems and the cost to repair them. They then show you the old parts, and why they needed to be replaced. I've been taking my car to them for the past 3 years. I've NEVER driven away feeling like I've been "ripped off".
