From my experience, Brian is a mechanic who loves to fix cars. He is very thorough with his work and makes sure to see the whole picture. He is honest with what needs to be fixed and will explain what the problems are and what the effect of the problems are.

Brought my '99 Altima to Brian every time it broke until it was dead (broken timing chain -> internal engine sad!) and every time, Brian not only was extremely quick to fix the issue, but also looked out for anything that could potentially become an issue in the future. Unfortunately, our chain didn't give any hints it was thinking about failing, so we didn't catch that. Most notably, we found Brian when the AC died. Pep Boys wanted $1400 for a new system...Brian recharged it for $80. An honest mechanic who knows what he's doing and does it right the first time, saving you time and money. Thanks for all the help, Brian!

We took our older Mazda into Brian's for routine and other maintenance-brakes, tires, suspension, and minor electrical problems. Since it was one of those cars we weren't sure about putting more money into, we always tried to avoid unecessary work. Brian is the best of both worlds-a completist who wants your car running the best and wants to do the best job, but who won't argue when you decide to pass on the works. He delivered as promised, never charged a dime over his estimate, and didn't dance around the pricing. He returns calls and turns out his estimates quickly-and by email if you want. We never had a problem with his work, and our car always drove better when he was done with it. Now, if he would just get a better couch for the waiting room...
