Honest mechanic!!!!!!!!!

Brian took over an hour out of his day to explain to me what was wrong with my
ailing Mercury Mistake. He showed and explained everything to me and took the
time to research the best prices on parts. In the end I decided to let the car die a
peaceful death, but I'll definitely go back to Brian in the future.

I was impressed with the way Brian explained the needed
repairs for my 2002 Honda Civic--a number of minor
maintenance items. He gave me a ride to my home about a mile
from the shop when I dropped off the car. A very clean,
modern, small shop with very helpful, friendly people.

Brian was extremely professional and really took the time to
explain every detail of what he wanted to to and why. His
invoices are all done through e-mail so all the costs and
work are easily documented. The other great thing is that
it allowed me time to fully review his recommended work from
my home computer and then discuss the work over the phone
before I authorized him to start. It was all quick and
efficient.

The service was excellent and so was the repair work. I
appreciate the consistent manner in which you provide above
standard service and repair work throughout the many years
that I have known you. I look forward to continued service
of excellence in the near future,

I initially went to Brian's Auto Care because they were the
only suppliers of Redline Synthetic Motor Oil in the area
(and at a great price, at that!). They quickly became more
than just a lube-shop for me, though as I have had some
other work done as well (other fluids, roll-bar
installation, and a major repair).
They are excellent in that they explain to you exactly what
is wrong with your vehicle, show you the problem, and waste
no time in doing the service. The technicians really know
what they are talking about, and are genuinely interested
in the cars that they are fixing / upgrading. They also
run a very clean shop, which is confidence inspiring, which
I assume is due to the fact that Brian, the owner, is
present at all times that the shop is open.
The only slightly minor thing that they could possibly
change (though I don't know how feasible it would be) would
be to have either earlier or later hours of operation.
Perhaps 7-4 or 9-6 or something would work for more
customers to get in either before or after work. Since I
work from 9-5, it's sometimes difficult to make it in
during their hours (which are 8-5, Saturday-Friday), but
the fact that they are open on Saturdays more than makes up
for that. Also, even if I have to go out of my way a
little bit in timing, I know that if I take my car here, it
will be done right, so it is worth it for me.
Give them a try if you need a reliable, honest, and
knowledgeable mechanic!

Really am impressed that our regular, quite helpful mechanic just overlooked a
transmission fluid leak that had caused brake problems, in addition to starter
wires that had rusted causing the "check changepurse engine" light reappearing,
after we had just fixed the knock sensor..We had not found a mechanic for our
daughter's college life, so when ours here in NC found Brians in Baltimore,
WHAT A BREAK for us. The problem was diagnosed and photos and the estimate
were emailed to me within a couple of hours. Brian was respectful of my
daughter's embarrassment at not knowing more about cars and he checked out
the car as though it were his own child's..The work was completed on time and
within the estimated price. His business is timely and very helpful, he
communicated with me, the nervous car owner extensively. He even mentioned
organizing car basic classes, for which my daughter would be a candidate.
What a break to find such a competent and helpful place...

Best of the best in automotive world. If you want a
professor to work on your vehicle, but not a drop out
student, come to see Brian. He is intelligent, competent
and will get your job done. He uses top class technology,
best software programs to identify issues with your car and
takes time to explain things to his customers. He is not a
pushy salesperson in a automotive chain who looks at you as
a number. He knows each customer personally. 20 years in
the same location will tell it all. Prices are competitive,
service is superb, his knowledge of business is the best. I
am his customer and will never go to another shop. Use him
all day long! My 2001 Ford Windstar, which I got in almost
junk yard condition, was running like a brand new luxury
vehicle on 95 going south at over 95 miles an hour (not
legal!!!) with a soft smooth ride after the van has seen
Dr. Brian for several surgeries and check up.
He is the best!!
