I have never dealt with such honest, reliable people before when it comes to car repairs. If there is nothing wrong with the car, they will not add on extra repairs to make a quick buck. They are not the cheapest in town, but they are thorough, explain everything to you, contact you in a timely manner, are flexible, friendly, and accommodating. Monica is wonderful and makes you feel like you are truly taken care of.

We've taken three cars here, all of which are ten years old. They are only batting about 0.333 however as they do some things relatively well (oil change, tire rotations) and other things quite poorly (most anything else) They completely screwed up a brake installation on our MB resulting in fried ABS sensors and badly wrapped discs that required a $150 tow from Aberdeen and a $300 fix from another service shop to rectify. They also never were able to fix my wife's clunky transmission shifts (or remember to replace her brake light bulbs) despite numerous visits and quite a bit of money. Friends have had similar experiences. We now go to see Orlando at the West Street BP service garage and he is extremely competent and very reasonably priced.
