Dana, is very friendly and courtious person. He only
repairs what deems necessary at the time and will warn you
of future possible repairs. I have known him for quite a
few years now, and even though he knows I try to fix my
cars myself, and if I run into a problem I know he will
help me out. When I do drop my vehicle off to be repaired
I tell him to just repair it, no need to call me with what
needs to be replaced, I have that much trust in him.

Overall, my experience with Dana has been positive. In my opinion, he is honest, hardworking and proficient in his trade.
