Jim Gardner has more than 30 years experience in the business. ASE Master Certified, L1 advanced electronics certified and state emissions certified. Formerly with Protano's in Worcester; bought and relocated the business just down the street from the former location. Staff is knowledgable in all aspects of auto repair including hybrids. Highly recommend his shop. Customer friendly.

Nice people. No hassles at all, and everything done right.

I have brought our Mazda Tribute, Ford wagon and daughter's Saturn. Everything gets fixed quickly and right at a resonable price. When a part Jim insalled 5 months earlier in the Mazda failed it was replaced free with and he found a better replacement part for it.

My Sienna was asked about $94, for my hatchback door, just checking problem, by Toyota service dealer. I turned to this dealer and they fixed problem by lubricating and charged around $37. Thanks linked me to this dealer!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this shop. They had a few days with the car to give us a price on a large repair. We agreed to a price and they called twice after they started work to say it would cost quite a bit more than the estimate. They also didn't complete all of the agreed upon repairs and still charged more! When we went to pick up the car they had added a couple hundred more to the bill.
