Charlie has been working on my VW for 5 years. He has never been anything but completely honest. He has actually talked me out of some unnecesary repairs, as well as counseled me to seek out used parts when appropriate, eg: transmission. His bills are reasonable. His partner is named Paul, who specializes in Japanese cars, but also knows his way around VWs very well. Also, South Shore Foreign Auto is a parts house, so there's no lengthy waits for parts. They are located on Route 53 Phone # is: (781)337-3916

Charlie has been working on my Volkswagon Jetta for going on 14 years. It still runs. Charlie always lets me know when he sees something wrong that I didn't know about (like the ever wearing CV boots) and patiently looks over my car for the many little noises I hear it make and worry about, even though he must think I am nuts at this point. He almost always has it ready for me when I get there, and when it had some real problems, he even offered to lend me his car for the night. If something isn't fixed quite right the first time, he will get right back to it to make it right.
