We had a Ford Escort and Chris Evans replaced the ball joints. He reminded us to grease them at every oil change. We brought our car to a "quick oil-change" place 2 times and asked them to grease the ball joints each time. Apparently they didn't grease them and they failed. We brought our car back to Chris Evans and he contacted the manufacturer and he got us 2 new ball joints for free and only charged us for labor. He always goes the extra mile and is very flexible and friendly. Everyone in my family brings their cars (5+ cars) to him. Even when we've moved out of town/state we try to get our car back to Chris Evans to be serviced.
