Jim Paquette is a sweetheart! Lost my brakes, called Jim. Told me to bring it right in ( I live a few doors down from his shop) He dropped what he was doing to check out my car--had a hole in the rear brake hose--he replaced it quickly and I was on my way. He's very friendly, competent, and honest!
