Nobody wants to be a repeat customer at a body shop, but as long as Massachusetts drivers keep running into my car while it's standing still, I'll be happy to go back to Frank Patterson again and again. I found them the first time on the basis of multiple very enthusiastic and unsolicited recommendations. I've always felt fully informed about the status of my repair, part orders, and insurance claim status. Frank is direct, always available to explain anything, and a consumate gentleman. Customer service is prompt and superbly executed. My car always comes back spotless inside and out, washed, vacuumed, and smelling of Armor-All. And of course, the repairs are always done right. I really can't speak highly enough of this business.

I can't comment on prices as insurance covered everything. I don't relish the idea of my car in a body shop but at least I know a really great place to take it if I have to. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, polite, and knowledgable. The owner, Frank Patterson, talked directly to me and never patronisingly. It was kind of a fun experience. They worked very well with my insurance company and Enterprise rental. Their slogan is "highly wreck-amended." They have an excellent reputation around here.

Been in to see Frank a bunch of times. He repaired two minor crashes and fought to get OEM parts. He has done a few minor repairs for me at NO-Charge. One was gluing a molding on the tailgate back on and the other was re-aligning a door (I have like 4 vehicles!) He's a great guy and even helped me with some service tech questions about my Harley-Davidson!
