I went to Bershire Auto Repair on the recommendation of a friend and I have not been disappointed. Even when I let the idiots at PEP Boys work on my car and screw it up, Berkshire fixed the problem asap. They always explain what the problem is and the work they do to correct it. They treat everyone with respect and dignity (which is very important to me as a woman who has been made to feel like an idiot in other auto repair situations). They are professional, friendly, knowledgable, thorough, etc. I have yet to have to take my car back to them for something that was not done right. These guys are wonderful! Anytime I need a car fixed I will be heading here from now on. They treat women very fairly and are very reasonably priced. I chose this shop based on other recommendations I read since I live near Boston and was visiting this area when I needed my front brakes replaced. Everything they did was thoroughly explained in terms I could understand, and I was provided a very nice detailed bill, which also indicated the amount of brake pads I had left in my rear brakes, the condition of my tires, and other little items that they repaired.
