This immaculate shop impresses instantly with courteous, helpful desk staff and the most comfortable waiting room I've experienced. Even better, the repairs are finished as promised and the work is quality. I returned 20 months after buying a battery, when my car needed a jump to start. They analyzed the problem, charged my battery, and sent me on my way for free!

I have been going to Veryl's for several years. They are convinient to my office, but more than that they are thoughtful, honest people. They do not do unnecessary repairs and rather than try to get you to buy more services than you need, simply list things to keep an eye out for on your invoice, so you can take better care of your car and get the most out of it before fixing it. They have after hours pickup (they are a gas station too) and are quick with repairs. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and courteous both over the phone and in person. I had a battery problem and they diagnosed it before suggesting any action, then during the replacement job, reminded me to have the radio battery code ready in case power was lost to the car. Prices were reasonable too and they didn't overcharge on the part either. Facilities were clean and kept comfortable. Job was done quickly. Will visit them again.

Without shouting havoc in the streets or attempting a hard sell, they help the customer anticipate likely problems and related costs for repair. Examples: Your right front tire is looking a little threadbare; consider new tires within six months. Or, there's a small hole in the muffler; no immediate problem but if the car begins to roar before the next scheduled tune up, come back. They do what you authorize and charge what they estimate; they complete the work when promised.

Very reliable company, lots of locals swear by them, and they make it clear they value customer service. I always felt confident leaving my car with them.
