PHENOMENAL
These people are great. They explain everything every time.
They treat everyone wonderfully. Worked on my Lumina and
my wife's RAV4.
They've never had to respond when they screwed up--because
they have never screwed up.

Since 91 ,I had 2 Ford Taurus (never buy one again ) , 1 Chevy Corsica and a Toyota Camry repaired in Ed's shop. In the first 6 years of service , there was never a problem of getting an appointment or excellent work done. Ed would always get you in within 1-3 days . Now when you call it is a week to 14 days . When they finally get to your car it is taking them longer too. The last few times I have been there ,I was very disappointed , it took them 3 days to replace an alternator on the Chevy. I used to recommend this Shop and told everyone how great the service was, Sorry to say , not anymore . Several friends and relatives of mine had the same experience .

Very competent, very honest people who stand behind their work. What more can you ask for?

I was a first time customer of Rose's last week and was extremely satisfied with the service they provided. Rick took the time to actively listen to my description of the problem(s) and didn't jump to conlusions as to the source. When I left the vehicle there, even though I was anxious since it was my first time using Rose's, I was confident that the work was going to be done and done right. Rick made no false promises and was more than courteous both in person and on the phone. My vehicle is a 95 Chevy Blazer with a variety of small, and possibly not so small mechanical problems. Rick was forthright regarding the value of performing large maintenance on the vehicle and prepared me for my own decision making resposnisibilities, at the same time not pushing me in one direction or the other. My first experience with Rose's will lead to future visits, because this car will need them and I am comfortable bringing it back to Rose's. I encourage all of your readers in the Natick, Sherborn, Millis area of Massachusetts to use Rose's. Thanks guys.

Ed's and his crew do a great job repairing all types of
motor vehicles. You never know what you will see in his
lot. Rose's has two customer service reps to meet you
when you walk into the shop. Ed knows all makes of cars
but specializes on Toyota models. One of Ed's mechanics
has gone through Audi's training too. Highly recommend.

Used Rose's for years including buying my car from Ed...
originally always liked them as they knew me and my car
personall so I trusted them completely. I didn't know any
better. Regularily would go in for an oil change and my
car would come out with up to $500 in random repairs I
never understood including $50 to replace wipers I'd
replaced myself a month earlier. Last time I needed them
to fix my brake lines it took 2 weeks! Sorry guys I really
trusted you about 10 years ago not anymore and not for some
time. I travel a lot and used mechanics in emergencies all
over none of them have quoted me prices anywhere near
Rose's and are much faster getting the work done.
