When my door was taken off by another driver as I was
parked, Progressive recommended I bring my vehicle here for
repair. I was very skeptical of any place the insurer wants
to bring me, thinking they just wanted low cost repairs, but
after talking with Mike and Shorty, I was blown away by
their honesty and helpfulness. I had recently gotten an
engine rebuild, so I didn't want to have the car totaled
because of body work (I don't care if it is ugly if it runs)
so they worked with me to make it happen. They cut their
price some, buffed out some dents instead of replacing
panels, and got the cost of repair $25 under Progressive's
totaling threshold. When I got the car back a week later,
the car was nicer than I have seen it in years! They not
only replaced the damage from the accident, they fixed the
other mirror, washed the exterior, shampooed the interior,
and gathered up all the garbage that had taken refuge under
my seats and put it in a Tupperware just in case I had an
emotional attachment to the broken pens. They even stayed
open an extra half hour after I missed the bus to pick up
the car. I could not be more enthused to bring my vehicle
back (although I do hope I won't have to)!
