Todd and Kevin are always busy but will do their best to fit your repair into their schedule. They've always been honest about the work needed. And they're in town, so you can usually arrange a pick-up/drop-off even if you get home late.

(This is a second input. I lost the connection earlier.) I identify myself as a biased customer, because of many years of extraordinary service received. Todd and his partner,Kevin, have handled all kinds of maintenance and repairs on my Honda since I moved to this town about eight years ago, and without fail their work has been exemplary. It's a dream come true. They are now located in a fine facility at a central crossroads in town. They continue to provide their clients with a ride back home and then a pick up when the work is completed (or else they deliver the car to one's home). For me, who live about 5 miles away in the semi-wilderness, this additional service is essential -- and it's gratis. There's only one small disappointment: in my experience, these fellows always operate in full professional mode -- their senses of humor are never in evidence, not even a smile. But their assistants are cheery with customers.

So, let me state that I kind of know these guys, very slightly socially and somewhat more in a "live in the same town" kind of way. Even so, I feel I am unbiased about their services. I have been almost entirely satisfied with their work for the 10 years we've lived in Petersham. The only time they ever failed to do the job right was when they royally messed up a snow tire change over. But, when my wife called them to complain about the 2 flat tires the next morning, they sent somebody over to the house within 15 minutes and had everything set to right within the hour. Otherwise, I can say my car runs fine after they work on it and their prices are good (half the dealer rate on a timing belt replacement, for instance). In fact, I'm dropping off "the Very Loud Honda" for some much needed suspension work tomorrow.
