These guys are great -- I've had really good experiences with them...really good being that the cost is FAR less than I anticipated and they fully explain how things work to me (a woman), and they complete the work really quickly. They could have charged me like crazy for two recent issues and I'd never have known the difference. I know nothing about cars. I like them so much that even though I'm moving an hour away I'm still going to take my car to them for the next thing that goes wrong AND I'm out here posting on CarTalk (which is where I found them.) I feel like they're competent and I feel like I can trust them. Highly recommended--worth the drive to Palmer and dealing with their somewhat inconvenient hours.

Les is always straitforward, and reasonably priced. They give a fair estimate for how long something will take. They have ordered things in for me ahead of time, knowing I'll be there the next day. Les has helped me refute what a dealer repair shop claimed was the problem (I only went to them because of the warranty! Les actually fixed it for me.) I don't think I've ever liked a mechanic as much as this one.
