Steve is the best mechanic I've ever had. He's fast, honest, accommodating, and smart. He always gets things done on time and at a much better price than anyone around. I was out of town once and had a breakdown with my car and he diagnosed the problem over the phone faster than the idiot I had to take it to. He agreed with me that the other mechanic obviously had a balloon payment due on his QE2.
