Eric & Ron are completely honest & repair my car just like
they would their own. I have been going to them for years.
It's a family business & they are not out to make a
fortune on their customers. They are very fair (much less
expensive than the dealers) and have always come up with
the problem very quickly. They also are just really nice
people. I TOTALLY trust them and over the 12 or more years
I have gone to them, I have always been completely
satisfied. I feel like I have the best repair guys any
where!!

Excellent car repair shop. I highly recommend it. You can't
go wrong with these 2 brothers.

Not long after buying 4 new tires from them (great Nokia
tires that they recommended), one developed a flat while
driving along a CT highway. While waiting for the
replacement to come in, they mounted an extra tire I had
on the wheel to have available as a spare. They didn't
know whether or not the tire company was going to cover
the replacement so after mounting it, they didn't charge
me and told me they'd call when they had an answer. A
week later they called to say that there was no charge -
not even for the two tire mountings & balancing.

The Newtonville Service Station was opened in 1954. It is
currently being operated by the original owner's two sons
who remind me of Click and Clack, the car talk guys. In fact
I originally thought that they were Click and Clack, until I
saw Click and Clack's pictures on-line. Anyways the two
brothers work on all makes and give very fair prices,
excellent work and are always ready to accommodate you. I
have a 1991 Honda Civic that they have worked on several
times. Their work was never needed to be redone, and my car
always runs smooth. As a woman they treat me with respect
and always provide me with the best information about my car
even taking the time to show me what they are talking about.
These guys are the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics
around. I really recommend them as does the rest of my
family, friends who also visit them.

I stopped in here with an EVAP code on my 2002 Toyota ECHO.
Once I went in to ask about an estimate the man at the desk
was up front and said his shop was not the best to figure
that out. He then gave me the address of another shop near
by which is better suited with a smoke machine to find EVAP
code cracks. I'd definitely go there again, they seem very
honest.

I've been going to n'ville service for about 15 years, with
my 96' Honda, and my Mercury Sable 05' as well as a
66'Mustang project car they helped me repair.
Always very honest and helpful the repairs and service
are the best. It's also very nice to see how well elderly
people are helped - very courteous and understanding.
Ron and Eric are the best!

I've been a customer of Ron and Eric for many years now,
having brought them a variety of cars with a variety of
problems. Most notable would be my 1998 Jetta that plagued
911 Washington St all too often.
I happened to live around the corner from the shop when I
got this car, and would often have this awful car towed to
their lot - and stroll in the following morning to let them
know what it was doing there yet again. Its not that their
repairs ever failed - this was truly a bad car. I've since
moved on to a Subaru - and while I am a less frequent
visitor now, I still trust only one shop with big jobs like
brakes or even those mystery grinding/scraping noises.
Ron and Eric are incredibly helpful and honest - it is very
hard to find a shop like this - I'm sure glad I found it!
