It is often rare to find a family-owned and family-run shop in this day and age, let alone one that treats you with the same kind of respect and honesty you'd expect from you personally trust. The people at TechPro not only are fair with pricing and time estimates, but they take the time to explain in a non-technical manner what they found, what they think needs to be done and why. They never overcharge and they go out of their way to keep customers happy. It kinda feels like going to the small, local hardware store as a kid where the old man behind the counter KNEW the answers to your questions and explained to you everything you needed to know to do the job properly. Good service, nice people, integrity and honesty.

We brought a used car to them for a pre-purchase inspection and specifically asked them to look at the brakes and emissions system for state certification. Two days after we had the work done (having bought the car on their positive diagnostic), the "check engine" light came on, and the car started shuddering when braking. We took it to a different mechanic who discovered that the brakes were cracked and corroded, and TechPro had either not noticed or had said nothing! Do not recommend.
