The main technician at Mr. T's is Mr. T himself, Terry Trottier. Terry is one of those technicians who has an uncanny knack of being able to diagnose a problem that no one else can. He stays up to date on all the latest equipment, has a complete set of computer diagnostic equipment, and is one of the few technicians in the state of Massachusetts who's certified to diagnose and fix emissions problems. He is ASE certified at the L-1 level, probably the only guy to be so on this part of Cape Cod. His wife, Heidi (aka Mrs. T), takes care of the front office and can tell you the history of your car's repairs with the click of a couple of fingers. This is one place where a woman will not get ripped off or treated as though she's can never be as intelligent as a man when it comes to cars.

I needed a repair to the air conditioning in my 1995 Buick Regal with over 100,000 miles. They took me on time and kept me abreast of what was being done to the car. The work was done correctly and the price was fair.

I drive a P.O.S. 1995 Geo Tracker that's always been hellish to drive. With a speedy visit to Mr. T's, my Tracker is now enjoyable to drive!
