I called Rosemary's Repairs after I heard Rosemary and Marguirite interviewed on WBUR. They are terrific! And public transportation isn't necessary because they come to Hudson, where I work, and get my car! Then they bring it back! Marguirite always has time to talk about what needs to be done. They NEVER talk down to me. They work on Saturday!!!!! They sent me a Thanksgiving card with a $25 gift certificate to share with a friend. I've sent my friends to them. My friends love them too!!! Are you barfing yet? It's all true...every word. In the immortal words of Dave Barry, "I swear I'm not making this up." Call them. 508-303-3140.

After hearing a rythmic squeek from my right rear brake I brought my car DIRECTLY to a TIRE garage on Galen st. in Watertown. After looking at the brakes they wanted to replace the pads, rotors, on both wheels and a caliper on the squeeky one. This along with a flush to the system would cost $625.00. I told him I would get back to him in an hour. In that hour I found a recommention for Rosemary's Repair in Marlborough on this sight. I then called back DT and declined his services. I then set up an appointment with Rosemary. DT then called me back to ask I would consider $425.00 (a one time special) instead of the original 625.00, I again declined. Today, I am at work in Marlborough, with my car, post Rosemary inspection, and my pockets are no ligher. Rosemary said that the pads, while not the best quality, do not need to be replaced, The rotors are marginal and they would try to recondition the caliper before replacing it. She saw no reason why I could not keep driving as long as I did not mind the squeek. This remains to be seen, and when I do need the work done Rosemary is doing it.

Rosemary's is very competent, do not talk down to the customer and treated my wife very well. They picked up her car and delivered it after completion of repairs to her work site. She HIGHLY RECOMMENDS this service. The invoice was clear and in layman's terms that she as a novice could easily understand.
