I have been taking my three cars (two toyotas, one acura) to these guys for 6 or7 years for all major service. They are one of the best private shops I have seen and far far superior to dealers, especially toyota. I have recommended them to friends, who have also been satisfied.

I recently moved to the Boston area from Atlanta and really dreaded the search for a good mechanic. It's the one thing I hate about moving to a new area. I was fortunate in that a friend recommended Rick Marino at Professional Automotive and I have been extremely thrilled with the service. It really feels good to find a terrific mechanic who does excellent work and treats me with respect. I can't speak highly enough of Professional Automotive and recommend them to anyone in the Marlboro, Southboro, Hudson area.

I've been going to Professional Automotive since they were a one-bay operation. Today, they are one of the fastest- growing car repair and maintenance facilities in the area with 7 bays and a team of factory-trained mechanics. They are one of the few state-approved inspection facilities and just became a AAA-approved shop as well. They just keep getting better.

My past experience when dealing with mechanics has been "What does she know, she's a woman!" They always treat me as a person. If I have questions, they explain. I always receive an estimate and if they find other things wrong they always make sure I am aware, but never pressure me to do repairs unless I want to. Prompt and finished when promised. I was happy to have found them on my move to Massachusetts from Connecticut!

Professional Automotive is fantastic! I used to have all my service done by dealer service departments but I decided to try Professional Automotive once and I was hooked! They are honest and competent and they communicate with the customer extremely well. Their prices are generally lower than the dealerships, yet their service is just as good. My whole family now uses them. P.A. has a philosophy of continuing education for their mechanics, as the numerous training certificates up on the waiting room wall will attest to. Owner Rick Marino and his staff are the greatest! If you want a reliable and reasonably priced auto repair shop, you should definitely check them out.

Honest. That's the word that will come to mind when you have to lug your car in for some major work or an assessment. I have been dealing with the guys at Professional for 3 years and they take the time to explain what is wrong, their best assessment as to why, and competitive and straight-up pricing. Plus, they actually have a nice waiting room with a large TV

These guys are the best. I was really screwed over by a garage in Natick who took advantge of my trust. Professional fixed all of the issues that the other garage couldn't fix and also took care of the issues created by the faulty repairs. On one occasion they got me some rebuilt parts (because I was trying to save the expense of buying new repair parts). The repair went bad after a few weeks because the parts didn't last. Professional did the second repair without charging me any additional labor. They also applied what I had already paid for the rebuilt parts towards the cost of the new parts. They took a loss on the job because the part supplier wouldn't warranty the rebuilt parts.

We have been using Professional Automotive for over 10 years, through several Toyotas, a Subaru, and a Honda. Each year, they add more qualifications and certifications, but the real selling point is that they are completely straightforward, explain what the problem is in layman's terms, are precise in their pricing and get the car fixed when they say they will. They have grown a lot in the past 10 years, but still recognize our voices when we call. They have given me rides, loaned me their personal car when they had no loaner and set me up with a really cheap rental from a local agency. We are lucky to have found Professional Automotive and recommend them whenever we can.
