I became familiar with Brian through our church bulletin, figuring this was a good way to find an honest mechanic. I was right! He also lets you know if something is worth fixing or a less expensive way of solving the problem. One by one, most of my family and friends have brought their vehicles to Brian when they were fed up with their own mechanic. Each of them has been happy and stayed with him. Highly recommended!!!

I went to this mechanic because I saw him on this site, and because I am new to the area. He didn't know he was listed, so I was pretty sure he hadn't written the review himself. I needed scheduled maintenance for my car, and he did everything I asked, and even DIDN'T do some things he could have because they were unnecessary and would have cost more. He told me I need new tires, admitted it wasn't his specialty, and told me where to go to get them. I know NOTHING about cars, but I do think he did a great job! :)

I'm surprised how friendly and competent this guy is. He repairs everything in a timely manner and takes the time to explain the problems to me. The prices seem resonable to me. Most importantly for me and my beater, he will hold off on repairing things that don't need fixing in the near term. I heard about Brian's on this site. Now I have three of my coworkers going there.

My wife and I have taken our cars to Brian for repairs (on three separate ocassions) after our vehicles were struck by other drivers. Brian was very helpful and knowlegeable, especially regarding the auto repair insurance estimate process and dealing with auto insurance carriers in general. He always kept us informed about how long repairs would take, and what delays we could expect (if any) on the insurance side. On top of that, he did a terrific job repairing our cars, even applying touch-up body paint on areas that weren't damaged - at no extra charge. Now that's service!

My son is using our Nissan Altima while attending college in Lowell. I found this shop on this web site for diagnosing a problem he was having which turned out to be a timing chain. I was pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the repair. Every time I called, Brian (the owner) answered and walked we through the repair process. His price was as estimated and the repair was A-OK. I would recommend Brian's to anyone in the Lowell area.
