we've been taking our car's to miller's for many years now. sometimes it's a big chunk of money, sometimes not. We've never been dissapointed by the excellent service and they seem as loyal to us as we to them.. (including taking us in with no advance notice when we had sudden problems..)

We've had a variety of vehicles worked on by Miller with various problems. We've always been happy with the overall experience. These folks are good and very cooperative. They've always fixed things right the first time. They make time to address problems when the situation is serious. They've been helpful and communicated well and clearly to someone (me) who isn't a car expert. I recommend Miller Automotive very highly.

Really nice folks, do excellent work, take you with almost no advance notice. Not a bargain when it comes to price, but it's worth it to get the job done right.

The folks at Miller's have impressed me with their professionalism and competence. I do have to ask to get the answers, but I feel like they are honest and reliable. They run the shop like the dealers do - with two service writers in front.

Friendly, honest, trustworthy, extremely helpful, available on a moment's notice. The bills can be steep (i.e., not a bargain) but you can count on Miller.

I have had my wife use Miller, and I have used Miller. We have compared their service to nearby dealership service for our two cars. They have consistently been honest, forthright, and fair. When one dealer somehow managed to make needed work "important" enough to "get it done now", Miller's had a little more long term perspective. Sometimes, an item can wait. I came to this area a few years ago. I tried the dealers, and found them good, although one, as I said, always seemed to find all the work that "needed" to be done. They weren't dishonest - and I do go back there on occasion. On our other car, I split the work between Miller and the dealer, and eventually just Miller. It's just that Miller is better, and somewhat less expensive. Miller's knows me, and knows the cars. That's a personal relationship. Miller's only downside is that they are only open 4 days a week.
