When I moved to Leominster, a coworker recommended Larry Willard's shop as honest, fair, and well-priced. What a find! When I strayed (once) to another shop and encountered a rip-off artist who found $1500 worth of things "wrong" with my car that had to be fixed immediately, Mr. Willard gave a second opinion which eased my mind and cost me nothing (!!). I plan to pay Mr. Willard in my (and my partner's; he's also a believer) continued business. When talking to customers about their cars, Larry and his staff speak plain English--no jargon, no talking down to women, no disdain. They seem to work from an understanding of how panic-inducing car trouble can be.

Willard's Auto Service has been my family's saving grace when it comes to any and all automotive issues. I have referring friends and co-workers to Larry, Bruce and the rest of his staff for any and all work the car may need (barring autobody, of course). My father trusted Larry for years with some of his most prized cars, and Mr. Willard has always come through when i've been in a jam. His prices are fair, but rest assured, he stands behind his work and if you have a problem afterwards, he will act quickly in order to take care of the problem, which in itself is quite rare. Whether it be taking apart and putting back together a 1966 Mustang straight 6, or changing your oil and giving your car the once-over, Larry Willard and his crew will never steer you wrong.
