Paul has always done estimates for the work required on my car(s)..the final price is always that amount or less. Which makes me a happy customer. I also like the honesty of the shop in telling me what absolutely needs to be done NOW and what might possibly be put off til later. My family would highly recommend Auto Radiator.

I first used Auto Radiator about 7 years ago to fix the radiator in my Ford Explorer. Since then, they have done all my engine, maintenance and transmission work on the Explorer, a Chevrolet Suburban, my Chrysler LHS and a couple of the kids Jettas. Paul Bergeron, the owner is very courteous and goes out of his way to explain what and why an item must be fixed. He will also work with you when you have a tight budget, to fix only what has to be done to be safe and secure on the road. The shop does work for a number of small fleets but always makes sure the customer has transportation and knows when the job will be finished. Both my wife and I recommended Paul and his shop to friends who now use him as well.

I started using these guys for my S-10 about 4 years ago, after a long string of bad experiences with independents, and very very bad experiences with dealerships. They are so good that i take them for granted, they ALWAYS make sure i get where i am going, they take my car as an emergency and work on it the day i show up, they help me schedule my repairs and make them affordable. they would never leave me without a car, a ride of a few dollars left in my bank account. They treat everyone with respect, intelligence and courtesy. Now if we can only track down that mysterious heater/fan problem that always disappears whenever i bring it in. . .
